　　Approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) Tebon Securities Co. Ltd (hereinafter referred as Tebon Securities) is a full-license securities company. With a registered capital of RMB1.008 billion since its establishment, Tebon Securities has been profitable for 6 consecutive years with its ACGR of net profit at 140.70%. Tebon Securities is one of the first batch of securities firms to be recommended by the CSRC and also one of China’s first financial firms for book-building price inquiry. Today, Tebon Securities is authorized for open-ended securities investment fund sales and equity trade and settlement. Approved by The Securities Association of China (SAC), Tebon Securities is eligible to conduct business as an independent custodian of customers’ capital and is one of the 45 pilot securities firms conducting Reform of Listed Companies by Merging Shares.

　　In August 2006, Tebon Securities was approved to be a standard underwriter. Tebon was awarded the status of BBB (the highest level) in the evaluation of compliant securities firms in 2007. In July 2007, Tebon Securities was elected to be a trustee member of the SAC. In January 2008, Tebon Securities won the prize of “The Best Risk Management Award” in the competition of the “2007 Award of Chinese Securities Firms” by 21st Century Business Herald.

　　 Follow the differentiation strategy, in 2008, Tebon Securities launched the brand brokerage service of “Fortune Jiugong”, customized customers’ needs according to their risk tolerances and investment expertise; so as dramatically improved the services, and caused widespread attention in the industry. In March 2009, Tebon Securities'?product Fortune Jiu Gong??was awarded?the "Best of Innovations Prize"???of the “2008 Award of Chinese Securities Firms” by 21st Century Business Herald. Tebon Securities was twice awarded “China Outstanding Financial websites -- the Best Online Trading Website”. Meanwhile, Tebon Securities investment banking brand image is raised further. According to 2008 annual investment bank ranking published by China Securities Association of China, Tebon Securities ranked 22nd in term of dollar amount of equity and bond issue underwriting in 2008, the ranking position has improved by 20 compare to ranking in 2007, and the amount exceeds the median amount more than 2.9billion. In term of the annual amount of equity underwriting, Tebon Securities ranked 29th; Tebon Securities ranked 23rd?by?numbers of corporate equity underwrote as a lead underwriter and position has improved by 5 than in 2007.In May 2008, Tebon Securities was awarded 2008 “Investment banking with the most potential” in china.
