Tebon Securities Company Ltd. (Tebon Securities) is a nationwide full-license securities company licensed by China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC). The company’s registered capital registers RMB 1.008 billion and has been profitable ever since its founding on May 18th, 2003. Tebon Securities is among the first group of companies approved by CSRC for securities sponsor and book-building price inquiry. It is eligible for sales of open-ended funds, trading and settlement of warrants, etc. The company, fulfilling the requirements on independent custody of clients’ trading and settlement, became one of the 45 authorized intermediaries for the non-tradable shares reform. In August 2006, Tebon Securities was rated as one of the compliant securities firms. In the 2006 survey on 102 securities firms by Securities Association of China (SAC), Tebon Securities ranked the 28th in terms of profit per employee, 32nd in terms of net assets, and 27th in net capital. In another 2006 survey by SAC covering 34 securities firms, Tebon Securities ranked the 4th in terms of profit per employee, 5th in net assets, and 3rd in net capital. In January 2007, Tebon Securities was elected a trustee member of SAC. 　　Tebon Securities provides a series of financial services: securities brokerage (incl. B shares), dividends distribution, securities custody, proprietary trading, securities underwriting and listing(incl. B shares) , investment & financial consulting, corporate restructuring and M&A, and other businesses authorized by CSRC.
